Objective
To provide a platform for exploring Intrapreneurship & Entrepreneurship under one roof to become a skilled HR with Intrapreneurship skills for any Organization OR to Launch your own Startup with Entrepreneurship skills!
Incubation Process
Conducting IQ and Technical tests of Graduates or Under-graduates from Top Universities through the Campus CheckIn App.
If they qualify for the test, Interviews are conducted then to test their behavior and commitment.
Week 1
Organizational behavior & Norms, Functional and Technical Demonstration, Interest Identification, Study, Research & Development! Motivational Sessions: Don’t Fear, Categories, Intrapreneurship, Default, Time Value & Money in People.
Week 2
Technical Training, Site Visits, Assignments & Follow-up, Overview of Project Additional Sessions: Business Communication, Scrum Meeting, Reporting, Follow-ups, Training Preparation.
Week 3
Involve in Live Projects, Reporting & Follow-ups, Technical Heads Additional Sessions: Time Sheet, OCLITS PCMS App, Value Added.
Week 4
Project Presentation, Value Added Presentation, Incubation Report, Selection for Paid Internship Additional Sessions: Divisional Heads, Entrepreneurship, Idea/ Startup Pitching, External Event Participation.
Success
AlhumduLillah, previous interns are either good HR as Intrapreneur or running their Own Startups / Freelancers as Entrepreneur
